Patients can work closely with our admission and clinical team to determine the most appropriate level of care.
Designed for those who live in the area or can arrange nearby accommodations, our outpatient program allows individuals to continue their professional careers while receiving the necessary treatment to live a productive, happy life. Structured over an extended
period, with flexible schedules to accommodate work, the program is designed to identify and address emotional and behavioral obstacles to long-term healing. We know each individual’s experience is unique, and it is essential that they receive individualized treatment. Plymouth Valley Wellness offers several treatment options:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Individuals seeking to leave residential treatment but not quite ready for outpatient services may find a middle ground in Plymouth Valley Wellness’s Partial Hospitalization Program. At the PHP level of care, most patients will participate in therapeutic programming 5 days a week for 6 hours a day. While our Partial Hospitalization Program is structured, we offer the flexibility to tailor treatment to an individual’s needs.
