Psychodynamic therapy is designed to help us examine how our childhood experiences and unconscious mind shape our present lives.
Motivational Interviewing Therapy
Motivational interviewing is a form of therapy to help individuals resolve ambivalent feelings and make positive life changes.

Quality Mental Health
Treatment
Plymouth Valley Wellness offers various levels of care. Patients will work closely with our admission and clinical team to determine the most appropriate level of care.
Our partial hospitalization program might be your next step if you need more than individual therapy but do not qualify for a residential level of care. At the partial hospitalization program level of care, most patients will participate in therapeutic programming 5 days a week for 6 hours daily.
Alternatively, suppose you have completed a higher level of care, such as inpatient treatment, and are looking to transition back into your daily life while still receiving mental health treatment. In that case, our intensive outpatient program may be a good option for you. At the intensive outpatient program level of care, patients can participate in person or virtually 3 to 5 days a week for 3 hours a day before transitioning to our outpatient level of care.
